| "The
technologies that we use have significantly improved the organization
and scoring of Tetrathlon Rallies and has given our Pony Clubbers the
software that they need to keep a complete and comprehensive archive
of their Pony Club careers".
- The Tetrathlon Committee
|
|
|
|
| The Tetrathlon
community has forged a relationship with
the caplen company, a
Maryland based software engineering firm, which has resulted in the design and development
of a commercially hardened organization and scoring system for formal
and informal competitive events. |
|
|
The way it used to be
...
"Why does it take so long to get the
scores posted?"
"My scores are not correct...what's
wrong?" |
The way it is now ...
"Where it used to take hours to calculate
scores ...
... it now takes just a couple of minutes." |
|
 |
The
Competition Assistant ( compass ) software has been the official organization and scoring
system for USPC Tetrathlon Championships, Festival, Regional and
International Exchanges since 2002. The software
provides all of the tools to completely organize and score a Tetrathlon competitive event. |
|
|
|
|
the caplen company has designed and manages the National Tetrathlon
Competition Database ( NATCO db ), which provides a centralized
repository for Tetrathlon Rally results ... and gives the
Tetrathlon community a national rankings capability. |
 |
|
|
|
 |
the caplen company has developed additional commercial technologies which provide
extraordinary value and benefit to Pony Club families and members.
The aim (
animal information management
) software, provides all of the features and functionality to record
horse care and management records, as well as rating
advancement activities to support Rating Advancement Application
submissions. Many Pony Club
members are currently using this software to manage all of the
animals on their farms and to keep an accurate and complete record
of their rating advancement activities. This is the same
software that was used throughout the Gulf Coast region, following
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, to assist animal recordkeeping
activities during the enormous relief effort. |
